Worst and biggest waste of time and money. I scheduled an appointment for cleaning and got my insurance and did my copay. And I get there and I didn’t get my cleaning like I asked. They wanna up sale me telling I need deep clean. When I just had my teeth cleaned by another dentist office earlier this year. And I left without a cleaning. We have been coming to Tylan Creek for about 18 years. I have been impressed by all of the doctors. I had a dental emergency recently, and Dr. Halbert immediately met me after hours to provide a solution. Thank you for your care and concern for your patients!
I don’t normally like dentists, I full blown will have a panic attack but you could also tell my dentist fears were real by looking at my smile.
