Quite possibly the 4 worst mistakes I have done in my 6 plus year quest to create custom items with laser engraving/marking. Do not buy into the American based support nor made in America. All rebranded Chinese products. Do yourself a favor and purchase a laser straight from china. Lots cheaper prices for the exact same product. Best lasers in the world! The service team is amazing!
Edit they are currently working on resolving issues. Unfortunately they do not deliver on what they promise. I would steer clear and look elsewhere.
