I had a great experience,,,, there are service dogg friendly food was fast and fresh coffee.
BUT...Service took forever. They were short staffed. Why wouldn't they just tell us when we sat down that it was an hour or longer to get food? That irks me.
Great burger although when you call out that a burger has Blue Cheese you need to BRING IT in flavor, a little too mild on that. Drinks were good, service friendly, and I think the atmosphere was decent, considering the rain. Would hit it again for sure.
Great service, great food with generous servings and great beer selection. We have not been in a long time but were really happy with the changes. Friendly staff and great patio area. They did s great job of keeping the patio cool despite the heat. Will definitely be back! PS. The only thing that would make this place more awesome is to bring back live music!

Love tycoon flats. Went there for my birthday with a big crowd and loved the atmosphere, food, and venue. Thanks Malcom for the birthday treat!
This was our second time there, first time was a few months back, I loved the eggs Benedict. This second time we were in town we came with our kids(14, 4, 3) they had a blast! Our waiter was awesome and the owner was very nice as well...we will definitely be back next time we are in town :D
First time I was here it was good. Lastnight our service was horrible. Orders were messed up and we were told the kitchen was 1hr behind. Granted we had a large party however it was a mess. We all got our foods at random times and maybe minutes after the last parties were done eating we were all told "there is a large group waiting for us to leave...sorry".
First time , drove from Driftwood Texas to see , enjoy and see what the Flats were like!! If you don't go you are missing the BEST in food in Texas. Richard and his wife were great host.. Thanks for a great lunch experience. Well be back,SOON. AR Walters
