Worst alarm company I have ever dealt with, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single service call takes 3-4 no call/no shows from their technicians and repeated phone calls wasting my time before I can get someone to come to our site and fix the issue. Approximate time from first call requesting service to completion, usually 3-4 weeks. Mind you we give thousands of dollars a year to this company for "service, monitoring and maintenance". WORST COMPANY EVER takes forever to have someone come out!!!! Takes 3-4 calls after no shows to get anyone to come out. The customer service is awful!!!
