The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company openly charges exorbitant repair fees WITHOUT providing proposals and obtaining purchase orders AS REQUESTED!!! The alarms go off all the time, no explanation how we can resolve that issue. Marc Blum, Baker Commercial Landscaping.
