Dr Kersten is an amazing orthopedic doctor who cares deeply for his patients, their health concerns & well being. Dr Kersten takes his time explaining things, procedures that are best for you & your outcome. Shows & explains your x-rays, mri's so you understand exactly what is going on. Dr Kersten is kind, professional, cares for your well being, takes his time to answer any questions, you have his attention without feeling rushed. You could not ask for a better physician and surgeon! I trust him completely, and he proved himself true with my rotator cuff surgery. He informs, gives options and lets you decide your course of treatment. He does not push or sway you one way or another. He lays out all the outcomes, with no surprises. Dr Olson and his team have done a great job helping me with a full rotator cuff tear. From preop visit with Jennifer Hall ARNP, to surgery scheduling, billing office, preop calls and day of surgery, the entire experience has been the best. Dr Olson explained everything he did in surgery, with not just his expertise but with a caring and compassionate way. Top notch team!
