Dr Olsen is very thorough and takes time to explain everything that they will be doing. He did my elbow surgery three years ago and has followed up on my progress every year. My knee surgery went very well and his staff and all the surgical team were top notch. I would highly recommend Dr Olsen for any ortho surgery you need. I especially appreciate having the surgery done in their Surgery Center and not having to go to the hospital where there is a lot of sickness. Thank you Doctor Olsen and your whole team.

My surgery was expedited due to its urgency. Everything went smoothly even though there was more damage than expected. I experienced no surgical pain afterwards and stopped taking the prescription meds after the second day. Follow up calls came as promised. I'm very thankful for how it all went. Dr Kersten and the staff have my respect and admiration!
Dr Kersten is very professional and I trusted his expertise throughout my right shoulder evaluation and surgery. I always felt involved in any decisions about my care. He always asked if I had any questions and answered them all thoroughly. His team at NWOS office and the surgery center all worked together well. My care was very thoughtful and coordinated. This is my second shoulder Dr. Kersten has operated on and has done a wonderful job. The first shoulder 5 years ago feels better than ever and this surgery went smooth as well! He communicates well as does the staff at NWO. I feel very well taken care of.
NWOS is amazing. I have had the opportunity to work with them professionally and had work done personally. From the receptionists to the nurses to the docs, they are one of the best if not the best clinic in PNW! Dr. Kersten is professional but personal making me feel very comfortable with every part of my surgery pre and post. He repaired my rt rotator in 12/21 and doing great. Having Dr. Lynch fix my knee in near future. Thank you NWOS!
Dr explained procedure and took care of my shoulder extremely well. He fixed the problem and all of the other issues he discovered. I would highly recommend!!!
