Great surgeon, personable and thorough with excellent judgment.
This will be my 4th surgery. I’ve had 2 arthroscopic, 1 micro fracture, and 1 ACL replacement surgery. All have went very well. I will never go to anyone else. This is an amazing surgeon. I worked in the medical field, I would know. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone. He also uses surgery as a last option. Amazing doc!
Dr. Olsen and his staff made my procedure feel safe and provided excellent care during my pre-op and recovery. I was given thorough information and many opportunities to ask questions. Dr. Olsen and his staff gave me excellent care and made it known to me that I was a priority. The procedure went smoothly and I was amazed at how quickly I was home recovering.
I was assigned to him by my occupational doctor after approximately 1 year from a previous surgery on my shoulder that didn’t seem to get everything worked out. I think we saw each other monthly for about 6 months before we made the decision that it would be the best course of action. Careful thorough evaluation and excellent surgical treatment. Detailed and complete.
Dr. Olsen, as always, is thorough. He listened well, trying to understand the issues surrounding my excruciating knee pain; and he quickly identified a solution. He's articulate in his explanations and compassionate in his care. I feel fortunate to be a patient of his because I know I'm always going to get first-rate care from knowledgeable, kind physician.

Explains procedure and recovery in detail. Called my wife as soon as surgery was completed. Second surgery for two very different reasons. He was fantastic for both.
