Laura Kippist and Julia Tyack were both fantastic at helping relieve pain and function to my lower back after pulling a disc. Julia's comprehensive knowledge and assessment coupled with Laura's in depth practical rehabilitation exercises over two months meant I was able to regain strength and move more freely without pain. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a general check up or to help fix and relieve any mobility issues.
I simply cannot express enough gratitude toward Julia, Amy, Emma, Brad, Taku and everyone else who has assisted me at Tyack over the years. From when you walk in the reception is warm and the reception staff are welcoming and there is a genuine atmosphere of compassion and care. Thanks team.
We’ve had such a positive experience at Tyack and can’t speak highly enough of the care we’ve received. Dr. Daniel Groundwater has been fantastic. Thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely invested in the health and wellbeing of our family and newborn. Emma the chiropractor is absolutely amazing had massive improvements to my janky bricklayer back within 2 sessions. Mentioned that I’ve been seeing a physio for over a year and have seen specialists for a snapped supporting ligament in my ankle but have no flexibility and have pretty much given up on it, within 5 minutes it felt brand new it was genuinely unbelievable couldn’t recommend more!
