I went here to get my nails done on Monday. The man who did my nails kept filing my skin and using the dremmel on my nails to the point that it was painful. When I said something he seemed very annoyed, and said he could not soak the existing gel off. The man started my gel manicure and I noticed the polish bubbling under the light….. and thought this was not good…. I was grateful that after 5 nails Randy (the owner) took over. They do a terrible job on your fingers and nails. My cuticles and skin have never looked this bad. My nail beds hurt for days after due to the excessive use of the dremel tool. My cuticles and fingers itched also. I have never had this happen before. The layers of gel polish they apply are super thin. I’ve tried over and over again at this location and it just keeps getting worse.
