Hes been around forever and theres a reason why hes one of the best! In 3 visits He cut all 5 yes 5 of my wisdom teeth out! If you want quality service you can stop looking cause you found it!
This office is greedy and dishonest. I had to go to another Dental office for my treatment because they demanded a lot more money than they were entitled to with Delta Dental which they claimed to be a provider. Beware
I needed 3 loose teeth extracted. This is called a SIMPLE Extraction. My copay was $90 per tooth to extract. This office demanded I pay a copay of $200 or go elsewhere. $200 was the copay for a much more invasive procedure called a SURGICAL Extraction. This office wanted to charge me 3 SURGICAL Extractions. This is dishonest and why they would do that to a fellow Dentist is outrageous . I tried talking to the office but they just hung up on me. I asked that Dr. Hornsby return my call and he didn't. This office over charges the patient and insurance. They wanted to bill Surgical Extractions when indeed the teeth were very loose and were Simple Extractions. This is dishonest and illegal. He's a Delta Dental Provider and has to charge correct copays. Mine was $90 per tooth and they said $200 per tooth or go elsewhere. I did and saved almost $400 for the visit. My recent visit has been very positive. Office has been very modern and up to date, and the staff have been excellent. Dr. Hornsbys manner and overall style have been all I could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend the Doctor to my family and friends.
I had all my wisdom teeth out in one go, two of which were impacted. The procedure went very smoothly and I had no complications. Dr. Hornsby was very thorough and informative and I felt that I was in great hands. Staff was very friendly and professional as well, and made sure I was as comfortable as could be.
Dr. Hornsby and his staff are absolutely amazing!! I just had my second wisdom tooth cut out by him today and like the first time it went so smoothly! He is so great and I will highly recommend him for anyone!!
