Both Dr. Kirkpatrick and Austin his PA are very arrogant and make you feel like you are wasting their time during your appointments. I will never understand them making their patient feel this way and I will never be back to their clinic.
So kind and helpful. Made me feel seen and valued
Dr. Kirkpatrick explained clearly the procedure I was getting & answered all questions I had. Very pleased with his care & all of the staff in his office & staff involved in my surgery. They have all been extremely thoughtful & caring.
Dr.Ty really cares makes all the difference ☺️
