Very bad customer service from TY Commercial group agent Ms.Patricia Lopez the realtor.I was planning to lease this place in community crossing Dallas 75220. She have a racist attitude and she is already telling me that my business won't be successful and she told me the A/C dont work that they will replace it.When I send the proposal to them they telling me they won't change the A/C.Now they saying they dont want to lease the property . This people are trying to waste my valuable time.

AVOID TYCommercial at all cost !!! Staffs are not helpful and arrogant. They will make you pay insurance for the entire building and they never help you out if you ask them any questions. Always delaying and playing games. Don’t sign a lease with TYCommercial. They will NEVER be responsible if anything happens to your unit. Tenants are leaving their buildings because of how arrogant TYCommercial is.
Do not care about small businesses only care about their $$$ don’t do business with these sketchy landlords
