I can't say enough about Ludwin and Margie. They provided such outstanding help finding us a home. They did multiple walk-through videos, worked with contractors to get bids for potential work, and answered questions again and again. They dealt with a 7-hour time zone difference coordinating walkthroughs, Follow-Up phone calls and emails. From start to finish they were attentive, responsive and extremely professional. Ludwin & Margie are an amazing team! This was my first time buying a home and they made the process easy and smooth, which is difficult to do when buying a home. They were so helpful in answering any and every question. They helped me find the home that was best for me and I will always appreciate their help in this process.
Margie was very amazing. Looking for a home is not easy but it is when you have a realtor that answers all your questions as soon as they’re asked and always available when needed. She was quick to respond and guide me through the entire process . You could definitely tell she loves her job.
