I called because I had a problem with my rug. My kid accidentally spilled juice on the carpet which is oversize and very valuable. I tried cleaning it myself which left the carpet with a very uneven nap. I called to have the carpet fixed! the team was very honest and They cleaned perfectly . I highly recommend
