Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered a customized shirt for my daughter with her number on it at a soccer tournament- we had to order it because the machine was not working 😕 (should've been a warning) I ordered a youth LARGE but I was sent a youth SMALL!! Fine designs states they "value and provide quality customer service" yet I have to disagree- as I have left numerous voicemails and on-line requests for somebody to PLEASE contact me and to help me find a resolution to this and not one person has yet to EVER contact m... read more
Way overpriced and out of the roster graphics 30 minutes before the event even started. What a racket.
Horrible customer service.
Bought sweatshirts from them last year, they held up and other than being pricey, no complaints, I paid $120 for 2 sweatshirts with each of my child’s jersey # put on the back. This year, expected the same price, same quality. I paid $160 total for the same thing, at the same tournament. One booth was out of my daughters #, no big deal, I went to the other tent, paid her for the # and as soon as she took the sweater off the heat press she folded it and handed it to me, I unfolded it because I didn’t want the shirt to be mess... read more
