Excellent service just when I thought that excellent service didn’t exist anymore! They were responsive, helpful and friendly; even though I didn’t purchase a full installation. The turf quality is great… much better than what I almost bought at Hope Depot. TX Artificial Turf is so easy to work with and has such high caliber products, that I felt compelled to write a review. Highly recommend!
The initial consult process was thorough. Area was measured and evaluated for how much prep work and materials would be needed. The purpose of the proposed turf areas was discussed , then I was shown the two options that would best suit the spaces’ purposes. The invoice estimate was broken down to show me exactly how much I was paying for each aspect of the job. Installation went off without a hitch other than a heavy rain delay at one point. Very good experience and a beautiful outcome
We had a great overall experience with Texas Artificial Turf and Design. They installed turf throughout our whole backyard along with a sizable putting green, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. From the initial contact with the sales team, communication was clear and professional.
