We worked with Twyla remotely for over 8 months. She was very patient, helpful, informative, friendly and professional. All of our showings were via FaceTime. As she toured us through the different properties she was detail oriented; pointing out wonderful features and fatal flaws. It took awhile but in the end she helped us find exactly what we wanted. Twyla was amazing! We were coming from out of state and had a very short window of time. It felt like every time we turned around, the homes we wanted to view were no longer available. She had a positive attitude and was diligent in making sure we had homes to view. After 2 days of viewing properties we found the one. We were 1st time home buyers and she made the entire process easy. She was definitely an advocate for us during negotiations and made sure everything was in order.
