After 3 visits to the factory, plans and photos, we received the wrong sized doors. One of the doors is so small, it looks like something for a childs cubby house. When we went to collect the doors, after being told they were ready, we wasted a long trip, as in fact they were not ready and going to be a further week. Error after error has been time consuming and costly. We will not be using TWT again
recently had my windows replaced by TWT Aluminium, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They provided a fair quote, completed the installation on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. The whole process was professional from start to finish. I just had my sunroom & bathroom Windows replaced with sliding windows & screens with TWT Aluminum Windows & Doors. It was such a smooth experience from start to finish.
