Don't know what all the bad reviews are about? I found them to be the most helpful and friendly people when I bought my new riding mower and weed eater. Got him (Rob) to order me a mulching kit for it and it came in in 2 days which was way quicker than I expected. I did not have it put on right away because I wanted to get some hours on the mower and have the oil changed. Wasted 3 weeks of my time and did not service my mower! They ordered a wrong part, did not service my mower or install the parts I pre-ordered. Called me 2 weeks after I took my mower in asking when I was coming to pick up the parts I'd ordered, was then told they were working on my mower that day, then the next 2 days was told they were waiting on a part. Total waste of time!

Knowledgeable, honest and great customer service! Visited Two Techs to discuss a problem with an old Cub Cadet mower, Rob immediately knew the issue. Since I had been researching zero turn mowers recently, I inquired about some on the showroom floor. Decided it was time to pull the trigger and upgrade from a 30 year old mower and Rob gave me several options.
