When they came for the estimate they never checked to see if my floor need leveling . In under 5 years the flooring was chipping and pulling up. They expected us to pay an extra to have this problem fixed . Wanted us to pay both 40 percent for the product and also for the labor . After all said and done e they just refunded our money in full but the headache of trying to get a hold of them this took months . My wife and I just recently bought a beautiful quartz countertop from Quest Interiors in Oshkosh and the entire process from selection and service to installation was of the highest caliber. The entire process beginning with Jordan to the crack installation team was a joy. Even a quick trip to their factory for a small change we wanted was handled with class. If the highest in the ranking system is 5 stars we would give them 6!! Look forward to working with them again for our next project.
Devan did a great job installing our new carpet. Our top step turns at an angle. To our surprise he made the nap of the carpet follow the angle of the step. That is something we hadn’t even thought of, but it looks so nice!
Love our new floor! Ryan, Silas, and Zach did a great job! Mason was super helpful with picking out the product.
