I went into the nail salon to get a fill. I have been going there for 10 years and the older man who did my nails had never done my nails before. Because they had grown out, I had asked him to shorten them a little bit. He seemed to be in a rush and was being quite aggressive. My nails just kept getting shorter and shorter until they looked like weird pebbles on my finger tips. I let him know several times that I was not happy with the direction it was going in. Absolutely disgusting customer service, asking simple questions just got me laughed at. By far one of my worst experiences with a manager and a salon overall, do not recommend whatsoever.
Bad service
they were extremely rude and were basically yelling at me the whole time when i was just a new customer who was confused and i ended up going home in tears, not the relaxing experience i expected would not recommend :(
They are so kind here. Took me in last minute and did a great job on my nails
