I would highly recommend Two States Roofing to anybody! They replaced my roof and gutters. Lucas is amazing! He gave me a very competitive quote, communication was clear, he was always available via text or call, and I felt really good about his quote and what he was going to do. I think it’s important to note that he also includes some sheets of plywood for free (other companies wanted $95 per sheet) and his quote included the newer style venting which other companies wanted $3k+ for. At the end of our first interview and he immediately wrote up the estimate with several options to consider. There was no pressure to make decisions. We received 8 quotes and not only was Two States Roofing very competitive in price, they offered some things that other companies didn’t. I had a lot of questions and Lucas was knowledgeable about what I was asking. They are certified in the products they install. The people he hires are super hard workers, no slacking off, and are very thorough with the job as well as cleaning up. Lucas checked in on the job every day.
