Linda has a mindset that anyone can do just about anything they want if they put their mind to it and shows you how. I went to the studio to take yoga with my mom, who had been suffering with back issues. Linda has helped my mom become more flexible and live without the degree of pain she used to. I'm a believer in Linda's abilities and enjoy taking her classes with my mom when I can.
