The staff were courteous and easy to work with throughout the process. However, we experienced some challenges during our most recent move. Unfortunately, the truck provided did not have sufficient space for all of our belongings, which led to considerable stress and logistical difficulties. It would be beneficial for the company to improve its method of assessing the appropriate truck size for each move. Conducting an on-site evaluation prior to the move might help ensure more accurate planning and a smoother experience.
They’re a friendly bunch. The packers went above and beyond. The movers were absolutely amazing.
