The team assigned to my parents move were patient, organized, and respectful! They did such a wonderful job! Thank you for making this move easier on all of us!
Wish I could give less than one star. Used Two Small Men in Lethbridge to move in October, and the movers were unprofessionl, took double the time I was quoted, and were pretty unfriendly. They didn't want to use a dolly, one mover constantly only carried one box at a time - even the small light ones. And neither was careful or considerate with my things - except the computer. They were hauling and carrying boxes by the packing tape on the boxes instead of carrying it properly, using a dolly or 2-manning. Really unprofession... read more
We did not use Two Small Men with Big Hearts from Lethbridge or Red Deer, but they have now sent numerous emails asking us to review so here it is. We used the Calgary office for our move four + years ago. They damaged our walls and some of our furniture. Trying to get them to pay for damages was challenging to say the least. Would not recommend.
Jordan and Dean and one other fellow whose name I cannot recall did a great job in moving us from BC to AB. Right on time, efficient and personable. At a reasonable cost. Five stars to the Big Hearts…
