Margaret did not guide us properly given her knowledge of the area. She did not suggest we have the home properly vetted and wanted only to make the sale. She showed us only the ONE house and did not point out obvious problems with that home and even got annoyed when the neighbor told us some information that would suggest the house flipper cut corners.
