Hands down, best vet experience. We moved, went to a more local vet, regretted that decision and decided a little ride is worth going to a quality vet. Both Dr. Heins & Dr. Hinchliffe are awesome - they are extremely knowledgeable and honest about treatment options and costs. Everyone at the office is nice and accommodating. Sprinkles won't be going anywhere else.
We had to help our beloved Sasha over the Rainbow Bridge and everyone including Dr. Heins & the staff was so empathetic and caring, it made us feel at peace with our decision. Thank you for being there for us in our time if need, you were truly amazing- The Mitchell Family
We are very fortunate to have Dr. Heins as our vet. We have been clients for over 10 years and we were so happy when Dr. Heins opened his own practice, where he gives everyone individualized, personal attention. It's a bit of a drive for us to get to the office, but it's well worth every one of the 35 minutes in the car. Dr. Heins has helped us find solutions to make our Lab (who had two TPLO surgeries in the past) comfortable; not to mention he is extremely patient with our rescue dog that has severe anxiety issues. We love Two Rivers! Dr. Hinchliffe is amazing she was so good to our Cody! Thanks to her and Dr. Heins we have figured out Cody's issue and he is doing amazing, he is back to being himself. The entire staff is amazing and they always work with you and are always happy to see you and your pet. You can tell that everyone loves their job. I highly recommend Two Rivers Animal Hospital!!
