Dr. Heins is knowledgeable, caring, never condescending, respectful, and willing to listen to your opinion even if he does not agree with you (I especially appreciate that!). He takes the time to explain things to you and you never feel pressured to do procedures. I was a "vet hopper" until I found Two Rivers.
