For the past 4 months we have been experiencing cockroaches crawling into our apartment. They crawl in through our vents and through the sprinklers. While apartment management has been quick to respond, they only offer pest control every 2 weeks. In the past 2 days alone I have killed 5 cockroaches and 1 centipede in my apartment. I have also found what appear to be cockroach droppings in my cabinets in my kitchen. Bad experience as a locator! When I contacted RPM Living, the management company to get a purchase order they first told me wasn't registered as the agent then they looked at the application and admitted that I was. Then they claimed they required I escort my client. I told them that their Apartment Data ad only required registration. They have refused to pay me and their Apartment Data ad has not been corrected!
I have lived at Two Rivers for 7 years. I love the location, walking distance from the square and the river. I appreciate the management team. They work very hard to build a sense of community. They organize and host frequent fun events. They have always been attentive to any concerns. The maintenance team is also excellent. I really enjoy living at Two Rivers Apts.
Moving into Two Rivers was an easy decision. The location and views from my balcony are amazing. I love the community and the staff is so helpful!
