Two Plus Four Management is comprised of the finest and most skilled construction technicians I've ever worked with. It's been a delight partnering with them for the past ten years. They complete each project with the utmost attention to detail and affordability. Theresa, Lisa, Melanie, Mike, Hayley, Monica, Harry, and the entire Two Plus Four team are amazing at what they do! I highly recommend their services- you will not be disappointed!
Do not ever rent from this company they are so unprofessional its disturbing. They are not a good company and they do not value the properties or the tenants. They are rude. They will hire anybody and you never know who is working in the office. Maintenance is another issue. They dont have any respect for the people but want you to live up to their standards when in fact they dont live up to their own. Very happy with my apartment here in Cortland ! Been here about 6 years . Staff is friendly . And fix things very fast ! Hope this always remains low income housing !
