Do not take your pets to these idiots, my sister and her daughter took their cat there tonight and there was no one there at the time but they still had them waiting a very long time while I guess they were back there doing nothing while they could have been giving the cat an iv and doing blood work, my sister and my neice are devistated now because their cat passed away and it's all their fault!!!
This morning started off really bad for my little fur baby... he was unfortunately hit by a car and I called here and spoke with Shannon... I knew he was going to have to be put to sleep... she talked to the doctor and told me the plan but then called me back to tell me that they would do the euthanasia at no cost. She told me she was so sorry for everything because I explained that this dog was a gift for our small children. I cannot say thank you to the staff for being kind and caring. These are the worst humans alive. I seriously can't think of anyone worse. If I could give them negative stars I would. This morning at about 2am we took our dog, Fauxpaws, in because he was obviously really sick and in pain. We showed up frantic and we were greeted by the rudest and slowest girl that took forever to get him looked at. When they finally took Faux back we were told we couldn't go with him. RecommendedBig thanks to Drs. Partin and Smith! Our Jack Russell was bit by a Copperhead late Saturday night. We live in Sumter and Two Notch Animal Clinic is the closest 24 hour emergency vet. We called and were given instructions and estimates for costs (not popular but very necessary). Upon arrival our pet was rushed ahead of the line due to the urgency of a snakebite. After meeting with the vet we felt we completely understood the process and prognosis. Snake bites are tough and anti venom is expensive, no way around it. The next d... read more
