RecommendedLocation! Location! Just perfect, we just walk to work, stores, movies, restaurants, parks and everything else you can imagine. Be it groceries or kids play areas... its just a minute or two's walk from here! We love living here!
They don’t care about their tenants. They raise the rent as much as want any given year. They raised mine over 20% two years in a row. They always added new free services, then started charging you for them the following year. So rent actually went up more than 20% but they would claim that wasn’t a rent increase. They charge you for everything when you move out!
