You have some of the rudest people working for you i have ever seen or heard. I was looking into calling but after the treats to a customer and the wife of an employee send hateful messages to customers, I will never use your company! You might want to re-evaluate some of your employees.
After experiencing your employee treating others in such an angry, vulgar, disrespectful manner (while stating he was representing your company) I will never bring my business to this establishment!
Terrible customer service over the internet for someone who works for you. Very unprofessional
After reading what one of your employees thinks of all the asses that he has to deal with everyday, and the way he talks to potential customers, I as a landscape company owner will never do business with a company that has an employee who treats people like that. I will also be informing all other companies that may have had future business with your company to avoid this business for fear of having to deal with eric. Sincerely: no longer a costumer!
Will not ever be doing business with you guys again. You can thank Eric belongia. I asked a simple question on a Facebook page and he came at me like I was a complete moron. Talking a bunch of shit to me and acting like I was an idiot. Great customer service. Not. I do have screenshots.
