Horrible service and scammers!! Charged my auntie 2500$! To take half of her apartment down to a storage 15 minutes away. Was going to charge her another 2500$ the next day!! I flew out to Chicago from Colorado and loaded her up in a 20ft Uhaul for 1700$ and moved her whole apartment in 2 days cross country back to Colorado. With having to unload the badly packed storage unit they got for her. Also they sent 3 guys and 2 were helping push a cart down to hall and wait together on the elevator. I used Two Men and a Truck in Boston and service was great then. Thought to try them out again here in Chicago. Service was excellent. They had plenty of availability for move dates, booking was fast and efficient and simple. Appreciate the calls to ensure the move was set up, going well during and even after. Shout out to Parker E and Tyler C! They were on top of it. Professional, efficient and speedy with the move itself.
