Jakira came today for the first time. She was completely professional and listened to my instructions on certain things that are special in my home to me. She was friendly and efficient. Thank you, Two Maids,Jakira, and all the cleaners.
Update... We just had another cleaning today by Gypsy and Jakira and they were terrific. Both were hard working, professional and pleasant. We are pleased with our service from Two Maids and will continue using them on a Bi-Weekly basis. Thank you Savannah and Lexi!
We were happy with our past services (for the most part) but after today I am cancelling. They were supposed to come clean today and claimed that they knocked and called but no one answered. That is not true. There was someone home and they never got a call nor heard someone knock on our door. So if they did show up, they didn’t try very hard to get someone. I get it’s Friday but that is ridiculous. We tried to call and the voicemail is full nor could we get a hold of anyone.
Service was easy to schedule. Megan did a great job
