We just had our deep clean done today. Andrea and Haley did an amazing job. They went above and beyond expectations. They took their time cleaning our bathrooms, specially the kids' bathroom. That was unexpectedly disgusting. But Andrea turned that bathroom from disgusting to looking like no one ever used it. They cleaned everything and didn't leave until everything was checked off the list. I love that both of them have a positive attitude. And you can tell they love and are proud of what they do. I hired Two Maids in December and had an experience similar to many of the reviews on here. The cleaners were friendly but they did not clean basic places such as toilets or showers. When I sent photos, the person said that I should have scheduled a deep clean for our first time. I understand the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean and know that toilets and showers are part of a basic clean.
