I'm so disappointed because this service seem to start off well, but after calling twice to nicely let you guys know that the beds were not made correctly - the sheets were wadded up at the foot of the bed / not tucked in, it has happened a 3rd time! Also 2 full garbage cans full of trash left in the kitchen. I was charged at 9am for a 'service' that didn't start until 2 pm. i wish I got the same people each time. This is my third time having house cleaned and it was great, just a few spots missed. The first time was amazing. Still, the quality is really good.
The two ladies who come to clean my house are FANTASTIC! They do a great job and they're very professional/friendly. Payment is easy/convenient, and they are VERY reasonably priced! I definitely recommend them!
Your crew did a very good job for us Monday. Everything is nice and shiny, the dust is gone, and we are happy.

The girls did a good job today. There were a couple of small things that were overlooked but the overall experience was a good one. One of the girls was afraid of cats, I have one, so I had to put her on the back porch for the period of time they were here, which was not too bad. But on a cold or rainy day I could not do this :)
