Two Maids sent a professional team to clean our house. The staff was pleasant, diligent and thorough. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
I was extremely disappointed with the service. I scheduled a 2.5 hour design with time appointment. I had12 very specific items to be cleaned. The items they chose to complete were not done well and the other items they didn’t even attempt such as wiping down the cabinets and the baseboards in the bathroom. I will not use the service again, nor would I recommend it. I sent pictures over and requested a refund. I was given 50% of my money back and I don’t feel 50% of the job was done.
I have my weekends back. They are very responsive to my requests.
Set an appointment with Michelle working for Two Maids for 11 am on a Saturday. Michelle texted at 10:56 am on that Saturday asking if we could reschedule. We agreed to 430 pm later that same Saturday. Michelle was a no show and no call or text.
