Two Maids & A Mop is the most popular, hardest working and most professional house cleaning company in town. Our company started from very humble beginnings way back on April Fools' Day in 2003. These guys are fantastic. With how busy I am all of the time in my own career and my own business going up and being built I hardly have time for anything “life” wise, I was STRESSING about getting out of my apartment, and getting it deep cleaned while working so much. I recommend them to Anybody and everybody for anything. Absolutely spotless clean, I’m so grateful!
I would not reccomend this cleaning company. One of the housekeepers broke my custom blinds to the point of needing a replacement. I discovered it while they were there because they didn't communicate it to me. I contacted manager Bri to address the issue. She agreed that they were responsible for covering the costs for replacement. After weeks of going back & forth to get my refund they only refunded me for the cost of the blinds but not the installation. Update: The company responded to my review claiming that they performed a reclean, but they never did. I’m disappointed that they would lie in a response to my review. Practicing the bare minimum of quality customer service would be much easier. Edit: The company responded to this review with their generic complaint response. They haven't reached out to me to diagnose what went wrong, to remedy the situation, or to provide me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use the same rags throughout the house (bathroom>dusting>kitchen), their vaccums are absolutely filthy, they reuse the same mop water. Meanwhile they are watching podcasts, do better.
