Two months preceding the date in which I intended to move, I provided all details over the phone of my move (moving from, moving to, amount of items, etc.) and secured the company's services with a $50 deposit. No no no. They promised they would wrap and pad everything and did NOTHING!!!!! They carried furniture unwrapped in the rain. They carried a bed unwrapped in the rain and placed it in the truck with no protection. They broke the dresser!!!!!! They completely lied and we are horrified.
