Owner Knowledgeable and Helpful – I had a door liner (gasket) out on my Jaguar. Rather than order a new one (very expensive), Glen, the owner, spent his time repairing my old one in his parking lot. He did it successfully and then did not even charge me. He went way out of his way for me and probably at his own disadvantage. I will recommend Two-Day and use it myself if the need arises. Very good folks
Wonderful service – I have been to Two-Day Auto Painting and Body twice, and both times, I have had a wonderful experience. The owner is honest, personable, kind, and hard-working. (This October marks their 40th anniversary - it's no coincidence that they've run a successful business that long!) As good as expected – Repair estimate for damage to our 2009 Lexus ES350 was very much in line with others. Work included straightening, replacing and repainting. Complete job was done within the time stated and we were very pleased with the result. I feel very comfortable referring friends to Two Day and will definitely use them again if I am in need of their service.
Very reputable – I've used this body shop on two occasions. Both times, the work was performed on-time for the amount of the original quote (or less). On both occasions, the body work was of the highest quality. The owners are attentive and polite. It's seems to be a very professional operation.
Friendly, Fair Pricing, Quality and Timely Work – I have traded with Glen and Mike for over 25 years. They have repaired our cars from Suburbans to Lexus. These guys make getting body work done on your car a pleasant experience! They are freindly, give you fair pricing, do quality work and get it done in a timely fashion. They also handle any financial issues with the insurance company. They make me laugh!! I highly recommend them!!!
Great Friendly Service / Friendliest Owner – I received a dent on my new Chrysler 300. I wanted the repairs to be done and to be back in my newly purchased vehicle. I am very pleased that Glen's body shop not only repaired my vehicle exactly how it was before, but the body shop's service is quick and friendly. I plan on returning to the very same shop for any future repairs. Oh and did I forget to mention at a very reasonable price ;)
Perfect Gentlemen and Reliable – I crashed my husband's Cadillac front grill just a bit, to the tune of $5,000. Glen helped us out and had to order a new front grill from the dealer and do some body work. They were fast and noticed the grill was not quite the same model, and reordered and worked it out with the dealer. We received excellent service and the process was fast. Exceptional customer service! – After our van was stolen (and recovered) while in Austin, we were completely at a loss as to what to do. Glen and his staff dealt with our insurance company, getting estimates for us from the other repair services involved, and even taking pictures for them! Thanks to them, the whole process of getting us back on the road was quick, and relatively painless. I was so impressed with Two Day's treatment of us! I would highly recommend them to anybody!.
Best body shop in town – Had my car broken into and called Two Day for my repairs. Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, they had a rental set up for me, and they dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to. I have my car back looking like new! Need your car fixed quick and with a trustworthy company.....choose Two Day!!
