Purchased full exhaust system Comp S. Sent in pictures of defective exhaust. Got no help, no resolution. I have purchased 3 full TBR systems and will never buy again. I'll be sure to tell everyone about TBR and I will also be doing a review video on YouTube to help so this doesnt happen to others.
What a terrible experience! Their customer support is worse than a cable company. I purchased a replacement part. Was told it would ship with in a week. It's been 4 weeks now. No part still and no updates. I called 5 times over the last month and still have a charge but no part. This company is a joke. Spend the extra on a quality part and more importantly a company that will back their product. TWO BROS WILL NOT!!
Bought 2-1 exhaust for my 2011 Street Bob from a local supplier in Australia, the mounting bracket forced the rear pipe into the cases and the front pipe just off the brake lever rod <forward controls> that would have hindered the rear brakes. pretty ordinary considering how much we pay for this stuff.
What a great experience!!! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. There was constant communication, and they gave me so many options, it was hard to choose. They went above and beyond to make a custom pipe that would fit my custom built Harley-Davidson. The quality of assembly, and the beautiful welding really set my pipe apart from any of their competitors. The pipe sounds amazing, no more sewing machine here!!!! Thanks to everyone, especially Robin, Rob, Espi, and the whole crew!!!
Great until they got your money then not so much emphasis on customer satisfaction.
