I was SO impressed by the genuine kindness expressed by the staff at Two Bostons in Naperville! My boyfriend and I walked in with my large dog and were helped to find an amazing harness, and some goodies. All of the staff demonstrated how to use the harness, loved on my dog Cubby, and even let us walk outside to test the new harness! I could not have been more impressed with this store!!! I wish I could post a photo of Cubby in her new harness- I've loved it and will go back anytime I can!!
Absolutely love your stores. Sophia and Annie loved their Easter treats. Thank you for having top notch service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to come in this Friday for pizza!
Every time I go in, I receive the BEST customer service. All of my dog questions get answered no matter how random. Some people may find it pricey but I can honestly say I have never regretted a single penny I've spent there. My dog LOVES every treat and toy I bring home!
