One of the few great things I remember about living in Baltimore was Two Boots.
Two Boots has great vegan pizza - sometimes. Unfortunately it is unreliable for having vegan slices. Sometimes available, more often than not I am either made to wait while they make a new pie, or offered a discount on a whole pie when I only want a slice, or, I turn around and leave. If you're going to have vegan pizza, then have it. Otherwise I am happy to patronize more reliably vegan options. Staff is always nice.

Second time I have eaten there and the food is great and the people (both staff and customers) are very friendly. Love the place!!!
