It was me and my husband's first time there and the food was really yummy! Also, the waitress was really nice!

Had dinner at the Twisted Willow last night for our anniversary and everything was amazing! My only small complaint was that the drinks were very strong, we should have done wine instead. We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an app and it was delicious. I had the mushroom stroganoff which was great and my husband had the Ditka pork chop special which was out of this world! Our lunch at the Twisted Willow was the perfect dining experience - attentive service and delectable food in a beautifully appointed space. My clam chowder was brimming with freshly-prepared flavor and my husband definitely enjoyed the much lauded meatloaf. The star of the meal was hands down my absolutely gorgeous peach bruschetta - heavenly! The Twisted Willow is a culinary must if your path takes you to charming Port Washington.
Our server was very pleasant. We liked her a lot, as well as the other staff who welcomly greeted us. We ordered the shrimp pasta, and the mushroom pasta with the gluten free option for both. The pasta was chopped into small pieces, which made the dish a little strange and rather soupy. The crab cakes seemed to be made from canned crab and were just ok.
