I've been going for over 9 years now and have never had a bad cut or color experience. Anna is excellent, and all of the staff and stylists are so nice. They've expanded both services and products--and having a drink while there is always a treat. Highly recommend their establishment!
Anna has been my trusted and true stylist for many years. I wish I could explain how my experience was at Twisted Scissors, but the experience was over before it even started. We understand that things happen causing tardiness to appointments and we do appreciate that you called to let us know that you would be 10 minutes late. We always try to work with our clients who are running late as best we can, but unfortunately you ended up being 40 minutes late for a 30 minute long appointment so the appointment was already completely over and your stylist was already working with her next client. I come from the burbs to get my hair cut and colored by Erin. Love the atmosphere and staff. I took the plunge and chopped off my long, curly hair into an asymmetrical pixie because of the vision here at this salon. The stylists have creativity and are not intimidated by sculpting curly locks.
