I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Twisted Scissors that make it hard to recommend. Most recently, I had a 9:30 am appointment this morning for a curly cut, but when I arrived, the doors were closed. About 10 minutes later, I received a text saying my appointment had been canceled. First time here and I will definitely be back!!!! Quincy is so knowledgeable in what she does and gives such great advice and tips to make your hair journey easy and healthy to keep up with at home. And she is super sweet and fun and makes you feel like you have been going to her for years. Highly recommend her!!!!!

I waited a month for this appointment and was excited to finally go. On the day of, I came down with strep and texted to let them know, but was told I’d still be charged. Since strep is contagious, I stayed home for everyone’s safety. Very disappointing customer service.
