Brought my daughter in for a curly cut and Quincy did an incredible job. She was so patient with my daughter and her hair turned out incredible! We will be back.
I met with Quincy as a new client yesterday for a first-time "curly" cut. It was hard finding a stylist who specifically had this skill in town. First off, she was kind and welcomed me in her shop right off the bat. And her consult blew me away! I've never had a hairdresser do a consult like that, ever. If there was 0 stars that would be my true rating, i’ve never had such an unprofessional experience as i did here. Where do i start, i booked my first appt back in about april or so for an appt in june and when it was the day of the appt( mind you appt confirmation was sent and all) i have no way of contacting this lady and when i finally give it a shot to text the confirmation messages and let them know that i had been waiting almost 20 minutes outside she responds to my message by saying she is out of state and i shouldn’t... read more
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Twisted Scissors that make it hard to recommend. Most recently, I had a 9:30 am appointment this morning for a curly cut, but when I arrived, the doors were closed. About 10 minutes later, I received a text saying my appointment had been canceled. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, back in November, I received a cancellation message just 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment while I was already on my way.
