After a truly heartbreaking experience with another stylist months ago, my mom was left with hair that was severely damaged and a complete loss of confidence. I have been a client since before Heather opened her studio which has been close to 10 years. She is fantastic at what she does. She truly cares for her clients in the interactions I have had with her. I will trust her always with my very thick and curly hair. She also gives the best head massages which is always a bonus. I’m happy to be a regular customer of twisted roots!
I have never left a negative review for a business before, but this experience has left me with damaged hair, an unfinished service, and out hundreds of dollars. I booked an appointment because my priority was to cover my gray roots and refresh my existing highlights. I expected to leave with both services completed. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be back! Heather helped me with correcting a previous bad blonde coloring experience. She gave me exactly what I wanted without me fully knowing how to express it. I really appreciated that she asked for a 3 year hair history so she was well prepared. Her salon is super comfy and she really made me feel at ease.
