I went at night with my wife, sister in law and brother in law. Got nice and fast service and ever was good. When I come back to Michigan, I would definitely try again.
This was our 2nd time visiting this restaurant and it will be the last. My fiance ordered the Roo burger with bacon. The bacon was raw (wish I had a pic) and the burger was frozen. I ordered the ribs which were fatty and the sauce was just okay. The place was not busy; however, our waitress was mia alot.
Food was awesome.Nicole was very nice and helpful waiting on us.Will be back for sure.
Twisted Rooster was a Block Buster Hit at Street Eats at Quirk Park in Van Buren Charter Township Today.
Came here so much when they first opened and it was great. Now...it's barely passable. The service is excellent. The drinks are solid. The food is not worth the money. $7.00 for 12 frozen tater tots with blue cheese dressing and a couple of blue cheese crumbles. (We countrd, we were floored.) The steak was ok...but not worth premium prices. The house twisted salad is pretty good. We'll give it another year before we come back and hope that it improves.
I had the zip steak and it was over cooked and dry (I ordered it medium). I have had way better steaks for less money. Not worth the $18.
Great food, great service, great place for any occasion!
