A Bit Overpriced? My husband and I ate at O'Charley's in Belleville. It is easy to find, right on Belleville Rd. It does have lots of parking and handicap parking right at the door. But we were not impressed with the food. The menu was not extensive and slightly overpriced. My chicken strips when they came where kind of dry, but the fries were fine. My husbands cheeseburger was good he said. We would not make a habit of eating here.
Waste of time and money The food was very overpriced and not worth the wait. Our server acted like we were inconveniencing her. When the manager came to check on us he seemed very cocky and like he really didnt care either way. I would never go back there especially as a parent, this is not a kid friendly environment at all.
Get someone else other than jerry to answer your phones rude and not customer friendly

Service was great. Food was NOT good. “Loaded Tater Tots implies there’s something on them? In them? Near them? Overcooked hash brown nests with onion salt. Six of them for $8.99. Also, the chicken strips were the smallest I’ve ever seen, smaller than chicken nuggets, and cooked to the point of being dry and tough. The seasoned fries? I wish I had asked for no seasoning because it was too much after three or four fries-like burnt Lawrey’s stuck to them.

I was very happy with the food, service, and cleanliness of this restaurant yesterday. Austin did a great job and was very friendly. Also noticed 100% compliance with COVID19 precautions among staff. Will definitely be back. Thank you.
